SUMMARY:Old Settlers Days
DESCRIPTION:In 2000\, the Rockton Lions Club took over OSD and we’ve built it into the biggest event Rockton hosts in a year! In 2009 we converted our festival to a national music festival. We’ve hosted talent such as\, Luke Bryan\, Zac Brown Band\, Warren Zeiders\, Nate Smith\, Jake Owen\, Montgomery Gentry\, Nelly\, Chris Jansen\, Sam Hunt\, Chris Young\, Lee Brice\, Thomas Rhett\, Jamey Johnson\, Flo Rida\, Nelly\, Rick Springfield and Billy Currington to name a few. Old Settlers Days is organized by the Rockton Lions Club and relies on the dedicated efforts of community volunteers and the generous support of our sponsors. All funds raised go directly back into our community\, supporting various local organizations and initiatives. While we do have paid security staff to ensure the safety of our attendees\, no one involved in planning the festival is paid. At this year’s festival\, we will highlight some of the organizations we’ve donated to over the past year. \nOSD lineup to be announced.
